I have recently discovered VBS.tv. It’s an interesting site that specializes in documentary style videos. Many of their pieces have been featured on cnn.com. The most recent one that have caught my attention is the “Mecca Diaries.”
These videos center around the hajj, a pilgrimage Muslims must make once in their lifetime to Mecca in Saudi Arabia. It is one of the five pillars of the Islamic faith. The first person account of the trip really intrigues me. The blunt honesty during portions of the videos is really striking to me. I hope you all enjoy these.
